Kate Villevoye is a Dutch filmmaker and editor based in Hanoi. Previously in-house at UK publishing platforms DAZED and VICE’s i-D Magazine, she explores socio-economic and cultural themes in intimate, character‑driven non-fiction films. Her work spans editorial and commercial commissions as well as in-depth personal studies.

Her films have screened at International Film Festival Rotterdam, Mountainfilm Festival and The Barbican, and featured on National Geographic Society, NOWNESS, Aeon, Deutsche Welle and Vimeo Staff Picks among others. She has made films in collaboration with brands including The North Face, Google, Stella McCartney, and David Zwirner Gallery.
